Bimkorlings Consults™ is a health informatics and outcomes research firm advancing health equity through practical, evidence-based solutions. Founded by Dr. Kola Adegoke, DrPH, CPHIMS™, PMP®, with training in public health, healthcare informatics, and pharmacy, the firm brings cross-border expertise across U.S. and Canadian health systems.
Through Bimkorlings Consults Inc. (Canada) and Bimkorlings Consults LLC (USA), we support organizations with rigorous, implementation-focused services grounded in real-world evidence, mixed-methods evaluation, policy analysis, and interoperability-informed measurement. We translate research and public data into decision-ready tools, including dashboards, maturity models, monitoring frameworks, and implementation playbooks.
Our work is designed for real-world constraints: limited time, incomplete data, complex stakeholder environments, and increasing pressure to show measurable results. We deliver clear, actionable outputs that help organizations strengthen performance, improve implementation, and sustain impact.
Having worked at the intersection of strategy, data, and operations, we understand where progress often stalls. That experience shapes our approach: rigorous, clear, and built for practice.
"We build engagements around the questions leaders must answer and the decisions they must make — then we design the evidence and tools to support those decisions credibly and practically."
— Dr. Kola Adegoke, PresidentIn a field where data often gets stuck in silos or reports, Bimkorlings focuses on operational traction. We differentiate ourselves through three core principles
We apply strong methods — evaluation design, RWE, mixed methods, and pragmatic measurement — while keeping deliverables operational and adoptable by the teams who need them most.
We convert complex evidence into clear recommendations and tools that support execution: metric dictionaries, dashboards, monitoring routines, and sustainability plans built for real-world use.
Our experience across government, healthcare delivery, community partners, and academic research helps us align stakeholders and anticipate implementation barriers before they stall progress.
